114th CCM/E Regular Meeting

The Country Coordinating Mechanism Executive Committee (CCM/E) held its 114^th regular meeting on June 13th, 2024, at the Ellily International Hotel for a half-day session.

1. Oversight Committee updates on the Global Fund grants
2. Update on Oversight of Global Fund HIV, TB, Malaria, RSSH and C19RM grants for period 11.
3. Presentation of CCM Summary Dashboard for January – March 2024 period- A detailed presentation of the CCM/E Summary Dashboard for the January-March 2024 period provided valuable insights into both programmatic and financial  performance during the quarter and Identified challenges and OC recommendations for CCM/E decision
4. CCM/E Governance Manual Revision: The Ad Hoc Committee members presented progress updates on the ongoing revision of the CCM/E governance manual. This revised manual will play a critical role in ensuring efficient and transparent operations within the CCM/E, particularly during the upcoming membership election process
5. PR and SR GC7 Preparation/Implementation Readiness: A vital aspect of the discussion involved assessing the preparedness of Proposal PR and SRs for Grant Cycle 7. This likely entailed presentation on the implementation plan, the fund disbursement and procurement plan, and the proposed activities to address grant compliance requirements and their current status and PR plan to engage CSOs in each grants.
