CCM/E held 20th Oversight Committee meeting on February 13th 2024

CCM/E held its 20th Oversight Committee meeting at the Inter Luxury Hotel, Addis Ababa on February 13, 2024. The meeting aimed to achieve the following objectives:

1. Discuss the performance and status of Global Fund Grants related to HIV, TB, Malaria, and RSSH, along with progress updates on COVID-19 response
2. Identify emerging bottlenecks and challenges negatively impacting grant implementation and performance
3. Propose key solutions to address the identified bottlenecks and recommend decisions for CCM/E consideration

Participants included Oversight Committee members, Program, Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E), Procurement and Supply Management (PSM), and Finance focal points, as well as representatives from Federal Level Implementing Entities (EPSS, EFDA, EPI, NEP+, CCRDA, HDAMA, OSSHD, ISHIDO, Reach Ethiopia).

The outcomes and proposed way forward from these discussions will be discussed during the upcoming 113th CCM regular meeting scheduled for February 22nd,2024. Stay tuned for updates on the progress and decisions made during these significant sessions.
