- Strengthen engagement of Civil Society Organizations (CSOs)
- Provide an update on the Draft Terms of Reference (TOR) for the HIV Constituency Network
- Discuss the 114th CCM/E Regular Meeting updates on issues related to CSOs
- Establish the RSSH Community-Led Monitoring (CLM) Task Force and elect members from the HIV/AIDS constituency

Meeting Summary
- Draft TOR for HIV Constituency Network: Constituency members reviewed the draft TOR, discussing its merits, demerits, and the overall need for a network. They reached a consensus on establishing the network and agreed to gather necessary information and follow established procedures set forth by the Agency of Civil Society Organizations of Ethiopia.
- CSO Engagement Update: CSO representatives from the 114th CCM meeting held on July 13, 2024, provided an update on the ongoing process of CSO engagement. They highlighted that CSO engagement is being strengthened, with representatives participating in various CCM subcommittees and influencing decisions, particularly regarding SR selection for HIV/AIDS grants.
- RSSH CLM Task Force: The constituency also discussed establishing a Community-Led Monitoring Task Force for the RSSH grant, focusing on strengthening community systems.
