Dashboard Configuration and Capacity Building Workshop
The CCM/E Secretariat, in collaboration with GIZ BACKUP Health, has successfully conducted a training workshop to configure the Global Fund Primary Recipient (PR) and CCM/E Summary Dashboard for the Grant Cycle 7 (GC 7) implementation. The workshop, held from November 18th -21st , 2024, at the Elilly Hotel, aimed to streamline data management, improve decision-making, and strengthen grant performance monitoring.
Key Objectives of the Workshop:
- To configure the PR and CCM/E Summary Dashboard to align with the specific needs of GC7 implementation.
- To equip CCM/E staff with the necessary skills to utilize, manage, interpret, and troubleshoot the dashboard.
- To enhance the accuracy and completeness of program, PSM, finance, and management action data.
Workshop Highlights:
- The workshop was led by experienced consultants, Jan Pfeiffer and Teferi Flatie, who provided in-depth training on dashboard functionality and data analysis. Participants had the opportunity to practice data entry, report generation, and data visualization techniques. The workshop fostered collaboration among CCM/E secretariat staff and consultants to ensure a smooth transition to the new dashboard.
